remove print friendly widget installation

I know I should have installed the code, but got lazy and used the widget installer. Now I'd like it to show up only on full posts, not the home page.

The problem is that I cannot find the code, the widget or even "printfriendly" in template code or the layout page. I can't imagine where it is or why I can't find it. I'm going cross eyed looking for it.

I have followed all the instructions I can find on your site. You might notice that I've made a ton of template changes on johnrwills.com so I thought I should have been able to do this easily.

I used it on a WP blog and don't recall any issues. I'm nearly ready to go public with this site but really want the printfriendly to ONLY be with full posts.
