Text too small/large in Print?

Last Updated: Aug 27, 2012 11:19AM PDT
If you're seeing the text size correctly on the screen but gets too small or large in the printed page or generated PDF file, page zooming could be the problem.

For example, if your browser's zoom level is set to 125%, you will see bigger fonts even if the size is set to small. Check the screenshot below:

Set Zoom Level to 100% in Internet Explorer

To make sure you're seeing exactly what will be printed, please set your browser's zoom level to 100%. In Internet Explorer, you can do it by clicking the drop-down icon at the bottom-right corner of the browser.

Set Zoom Level to 100% in Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome

To set zoom level to 100% in both Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome, simply hit Ctrl and 0 (zero) together. This keyboard shortcut is the easiest way to set zoom level to 100%.

Now the text size that appears on the screen should be same as the print.
